What will the Hand-over Entail?
Paperwork – Firstly we will take photocopies of all your ID information and your card details. You will then be asked to fill out a form with some personal information and your signature. Walking round the camper van – We will give you a walk round the outside of the campervan and point out any marks or dents that we are aware of and show you the fuel cap, boot and engine bay where applicable. It is at this point you should point out any marks we may have missed, this is important to protect your £500 deposit. Inside the camper van – we will run through the correct operation of the pop up roof, the cooker, fridge, rock and roll bed, seatbelts, and power supply and fold away table. All above are where applicable. We will also show you where all your equipment is kept, pots, pans, fire extinguisher and first aid kit etc. If anything comes back damaged through improper use you will be charged.
