What is Rokus product warranty?
ROKU products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects. Should a product fail to perform within the warranted period, it will be replaced with the same or functionally equivalent product by ROKU, at its discretion. The customer is responsible for the following: (1) Return the failed product and accessories to the Roku designated facility with shipping charge prepaid, and (2) Provide Roku with proof of the original date of purchase. Replacement products will be shipped to customers with freight charges paid by Roku. Replacement products may be refurbished or contain refurbished materials. In the judgment of Roku, if the product failure is determined to be caused by damage by handling, storage, accident, abuse or misuse, or if it has been used or maintained in a manner not compliant with product directions, has been modified in any way, or has had any serial number removed or defaced, this warranty will not apply.
