What is the White Glove Service?
If you prefer not to use your computer to personalize your CaringBook, our Customer Service Staff would be happy to do it for you. We ask that you fill out an instruction form and send it to us along with a CD containing your photographs in order to assist us in fully customizing your book. Following your instructions, we will begin assembling the materials into a beautiful book that will preserve your CaringBridge site for a lifetime. When we’re done, we will e-mail you a copy of the book for you to review. Upon your approval, we will have your CaringBook printed and shipped to you within approximately 10 – 14 business days.
