What type of sanctions exist?
If you do not abide by the rules of the game or the Terms and Conditions of Use, you may be sanctioned. Sanctions are not given out lightly and must be based on concrete proof based on observations in game, by moderators or other parties affiliated with Ankama. Three types of sanction exist: – Warning – Temporary ban of a player’s account – Permanent ban of a player’s account. The severity of a sanction will depend on the seriousness of the player’s actions. In general, several warnings will be given before a ban is decided upon and several bans will be given before a players account is permanently banned. At the same time, some actions may lead directly to a permanent ban while repeat offenders will also be permently banned.
