What is the difference between registering and logging in for AGL Energy Online?
To be able to manage your energy account online, you first need to ‘register’ for AGL Energy Online. In order to register an account, we will ask for your AGL Account number and your name exactly as it appears on your bill. You will also need to enter the ABN/ACN and the phone number of the account holder. You only need to do this once. Once you have registered for AGL Energy Online, ‘logging in’ is easy. Go to agl.com.au, click ‘Login’ on the top right hand corner of the homepage and enter your email address and password when prompted.
