Effective August 2006 the dues were set at $150 per month. Additional HOA fees include $26.00 for Comcast Extended Basic Cable package (all units required to participate under the Comcast Master Contract); $63.00 for water and sewage (2010 rate set by Evergreen Metro District); Metered water usage, which varies with each unit; any current assessment (see details under Assessments heading); and $25 monthly pet fee for dog owners. Note: Water rates usually increase every January, and Comcast Cable rates increase every November.
