What is the camp refund policy?

Partial refunds are available if you notify our staff at least two weeks prior to the start of camp, but we will withhold a $75.00 deposit for reserving your space. If you notify our staff less than two weeks prior to the start of camp there is NO REFUND, unless it is for a medical reason. If a camper is unable to particiapte for a medical reason a full refund is available regardless of when our staff is notified, but a doctor’s note will be required.

A. Camp registration fee (less a $100 cancellation fee) is refundable. Refunds will not be issued for campers who do not show or campers who are expelled during camp. Our camp refund policy is non-negotiable.

There is a $250 non-refundable deposit/administrative fee for any cancellation. The fee is $100 for the Beginner Camp. To avoid the fee you may sell your camp spot to someone else and we will be happy to process the name change or you can request a voucher for the full amount that can be put towards the cost of a future Stanford Field Hockey Camp registration. TO QUALIFY FOR ANY TYPE OF REFUND YOU MUST CANCEL AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE CAMP STARTING.

Refunds will be processed if a camper is unable to attend. An administrative fee of 10% of the camp fee will be kept for all refunds requested up to one week prior to the start of camp. Within one week of a camp’s start date, a refund will have a 50% administrative fee subtracted from the camp fee. Refunds requested after the camp has started will not be processed.

There is a $200 non-refundable deposit. All refunds are handled through the camp Administrative Director and will be issued following your registered camp session.
