A CVR can only be performed by a trained, tested and certified local appraiser. Bradford Technologies, through its subsidiary AppraisalWorld, has developed a curriculum that is taught through an online course. Every appraiser must go through a thorough training program, pass an examination on multiple regression analysis and statistics, and master that application in their local marketplace, only then are they certified to perform a CVR.
