It contains information relating to the “three tramps” of conspiracy lore (it turns out that they were just tramps), as well as information about John Elrod, who may have been Oswald’s cellmate during the beginning of his incarceration (before Oswald was suspected of killing the president — remember Oswald was arrested for killing Police Officer J.D. Tippit). Elrod claims that Oswald knew Jack Ruby, the man who would later kill Oswald. And there is a 1964 FBI report that shows that this isn’t a recent claim.
