Concurrent Action for titled property ?
Typically this means the Bank can bring a civil action (in court) AND to seek an order to foreclose your property by auction means as provided by the Sabah Land Ordinance ( Section 111) to recover the debt. However this practise of “concurrency” has been questioned in the case Alliance Bank Malaysia Bhd v Mohamad Yusof Amat Jamlee [2005] 7 CLJ 345 (which is currently under appeal).
