What is a Core Service Agency (CSA)?
A Core Service Agency (CSA) is a funding/oversight agency responsible for managing the PMHS services within a specific jurisdiction. Most CSAs are responsible for monitoring all of the PMHS services in a county, though some CSAs oversee services in multiple counties.
