These chargers charge the Ecolight fully in about 4.25 minutes – this fast charge is because super capacitors can be charged very quickly with no damage or heat build up. The AC charger is a cord that plugs into a USB port in a computer and into the Ecolight (the computer has to be on). The car charger plugs into a car cigarette lighter socket and has a USB port in it. The AC charger cord plugs into this USB port and the other end into the Ecolight. The car charger will charge your other devices that use a USB port to charge from because the power output is the same as a computer’s USB port (5 volts D.C., 500 milliamps). Use the AC charge cord plugged into any other charger with a USB port (iPhone, iPod and cell phone chargers) for quick charging of the Ecolight.
