What is H2S Alive?
H2S Alive is a course intended for all workers in the petroleum industry who could be exposed to hydrogen sulfide (H2S), also known as sour gas. The course alerts workers to the dangers of working in and around areas containing hydrogen sulfide by identifying the characteristics, pre-plan and emergency response procedures and the proper protective equipment required when working in and around hydrogen sulfide. By completing this course an industry standard certificate is issued and valid for three years thus complying with the petroleum’s industry standards of minimum qualifications.
