SPH does not have a stated dividend policy. However, we have a track record of paying out a high percentage of our recurring earnings as dividends. You may refer to the charts on page 66 and 67 of our FY2010 annual report (available online at http://www.sph.com.sg/annual_report.shtml), which shows our dividends and dividend payout rate over the last 5 years. Please judge us by our track record.
