There are typos on a couple of sites that state DDR3-1066 as PC2-8500. Anyway, DDR3 won’t fit in your notebook. DDR2 connectors are totally different from DDR3 connectors. (200pin vs 204pin) And, there are no DDR2-1066 SODIMM modules available yet. And, DDR3-1066/DDR2-1066 vs DDR2-800 performance difference is small.
