Mimics will occasionally drop different ores (copper, silver, etc.) after combustion. These ores will mainly be used in side-quests once you have unlocked the Blast Furnace and Rolling Mill, requiring certain bars or sheets of metal to be made. Members of the Nidarian Guard will also need to use ores along with Geodes when crafting stat-boosting Ether Tubes. Metal Rolls can also be sold to Wystan in Nidaria for spores.
