All that matters for running a video card is: 1) Having a CD Drive so you can install the drivers. 2) Having a PCI Express x16 (1.0, 2.0, 3.0) slot so you can plug the video card into your computer 3) Having a sufficiently powerful power supply so you can actually run the video card. Looking at you description you should be able to run the Geforce 9800 GT, although I would suggest you up the power supply to about 500W just to be on the safe side, even though the minimum is 400W it’s better to be over than under, other then that as long as you have a PCI x16 slot you should be fine.
