What is a maintenance inspection?
A maintenance inspection is an examination of the structural and mechanical components of a home that may not be checked on a regular basis but, if neglected, can lead to serious problems down the road. We will inspect all major mechanical components (weather permitting), and check the structure of your house for signs of water penetration, wood destroying insect damage or activity, proper ventilation in attics and crawl spaces. In addition, we will give you recomendations for maintenance and upkeep to help protect your investment.
