• Shortness of breath • A slow heartbeat • Weight gain • Feeling tired (fatigue) • Low blood pressure (hypotension) • Dizziness • Faintness • Runny nose / sore throat If you are taking COREG CR and have any of these symptoms, call your doctor right away. If you feel tired, weak, or dizzy, you should sit or lie down and avoid driving or doing dangerous tasks. Beta-blockers may hide the symptoms of low blood sugar or change blood sugar levels. If you have diabetes, you should report any changes in blood sugar levels to your doctor. People who wear contact lenses may produce fewer tears or have dry eyes. Before you start taking COREG CR, you should tell your doctor about all of the medicines you are taking.
