Thrive promises to refresh, invigorate and inspire ministry leaders, staffers, and lay volunteers with a renewed vision of ministry. At Thrive you will find encouragement, as well as practical advice from some of the best speakers to be found! I’m Ray Johnston and I am asking you, as strongly as I can, to clear the decks at the end of April for our Thrive Conference. This is an event that I don’t want you to miss. Most of us, because we’re under a lot of stress are worn down. Here at Bayside we believe we have a solution. That solution is Thrive! This is the most important, the deepest and the most spiritually nourishing thing we do throughout the entire year.
