Our Milk & Meadow Beef eat just what their name describes – milk and grass. Black Angus beef is known for its superior taste and high quality. Our calves stay with their mothers and continue to drink milk; along with grazing on fresh pasture. This produces lean, delicately flavored, tender, grass fed beef.This special beef is available only in the late fall of the year. We are taking reservations for 2010!
