It utilizes a proprietary 20 step approach, which includes a customized Request For Proposal (RFP) and contract negotiation process that yields the most competitive pricing and contract terms that the industry offers, at no cost to the client. The approach also includes ongoing monitoring to assure that the objectives of the project are met.
