What is Gog and Magog?
Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle. Rev. 20:8. We now enter on some very difficult things in the minds of the majority of the professed Christian world. An earnest endeavor will be made to stay strictly with the word of God, and recorded facts of history. The word of God gives a true picture of Gog and Magog. And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon (pagan Rome) and out of the mouth of the beast (papal Rome) and out of the mouth of the false prophet (Protestantism). For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty. Rev 16:1314. Here we have three unclean (foul) spirits like frogs. The frog symbolizes the nature, mannerism, and character of these three spirits.
