What is a Stray Dog?
A Stray Dog is typically a non-conformist who holds the Citadel in high regard. A Stray Dog is a willing maverick, someone who is fun loving and sometimes irreverent. A Stray Dog is one who has constantly tested the limits of the established, conventional system at The Citadel, and/or in their life pursuits. A Stray Dogs proactively seeks and develops their own playground (possibly outrageous) to celebrate and enjoy the community of other Stray Dogs. Stray Dogs activities and entertainment events strongly honor, and financially support The Citadel. Collective Vision Recognize the special, independent/interdependent, and courageous essence of past and present Citadel Stray Dogs. Further clearly define, and respect what is a Stray Dog, and the greater good that all true Stray Dogs represent. The Society is to focus greater Stray Dog support, including financial, for the further development of a Significantly Improved Citadel. Substantially increase financial contributions to the Citadel
