At the February 9, 2010 meeting City Council passed Resolution 10-09 that revises the City’s policy towards annexation. The city annexation application fee has been waived until February 2011. For fiscal year 09-10, the fee is $2,520. Applicants will not be required to pay a Metro Mapping/Filing Fee, which ranges from $100 to $400 dollars depending on lot size.
