wrong mljs what u do is go make sure that your xbox gamer profile isnt on your hard drive cause you cant have 2 xbox profiles that are the same on your xbox then sign out of all profiles and go to join xbox live and it will say recover gamer tag and then it will ask for your gamer tag name then your windows live id u gave when u first made the account then the windows live password then ta-da u got you profile
