Will red show up on black hair?
My sister dyed her hair bright red from her natural dark brown color, it gave her a redish tint but not a vibrant color. You will probably have to bleach your hair before dying it so that your hair is a lighter blonde or white color. Make sure your hair doesn’t look too yellow after you bleach it because it can alter the color your hair is after you dye it. The actual bleach might be hard to get. Some dying kits you can buy at drugstores include bleach with them (Splat is one) or you might have to find a nearby beauty supply store. If you do buy it from a beauty supply it will come in a powder form and you will need a developer. The developer you most likely want is level 30 but just check with someone who works there.
