How does KGI handle after-market sales?
A. The KGI philosophy pertaining to after-market selling is the same as throughout the rest of our program. Maximize Dealer Profit! Should a customer elect not to purchase a contract at the point of sale, simply remit via disc/electronically, your customer information ( name, address, phone, etc.) and product information ( make, model, sales price, etc. ) to WaCA. Your customers will receive an opportunity to purchase an KGI contract prior to the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty. You receive a commission of 15% of the retail selling price of the extended service contract!
