You can store Rugelach in the original tins for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator. You can also freeze Rugelach for up to 3 months in an airtight container. It will not spoil if at room temperature but will stay fresh longer if it is refrigerated or frozen. They do not have any preservatives in them so they come freshly baked to you and never previously frozen.
