You can access options for enabling/disabling Zemanta via Display Options. As with any of the Movable Type Display Options, you can simply deselect Zemanta there. Alternatively if you are an administrator on your MovableType installation, you can disable Zemanta by going to System overview -> Plugins and disable the plugin there.
