DeCustomize Firmware (Remove Customized Icons and Logos) : Download latest Server Software file from the Support Page 1- Enter the Login and Password you have been issued with. 2- Press Download Area button on the Software and choose appropriate phone model. 3- Download appropriate DeCustomize file from the download area for your phone. 4- Connect your phone to the com port or USB port using your data cable. 5- Select the relevant com port 1 or 2 (Software detect port number for USB cable automatically). 6- Select appropriate phone model from the list 7- Turn phone off. 8- Select downloaded DeCustomize File by using File Browser Icon. 9- Press FLASH Button and DeCustomize File will be flashed and your phone will be restored original factory state. 10-After flashing complete, please remove phone battery and put it back That is all!
