Does COD develop and publish the tests?
No. While we do not create our own instruments, we only deal with the best test developers who produce high-quality products that have stood the test of time. Developing a test and conducting the research trials needed to prove that it is accurate, valid, reliable, and measures what it says it will measure, takes a great deal of time and money. The tests that we offer have undergone rigorous validity testing and are used by a wide range of companies. We have access to many different kinds of tests and new tests are being developed all the time.
