You must be 14 years old or older to sign up and complete the courses. You may not apply for your Learner’s Permit until your 15th birthday. The online DMV exam is provided by the American Safety Council and is certified by the Florida Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles. You will be offered the choice to take the DMV exam when you finish the DATA course.
