There are 2 ways of resetting a Nokia phone. The common method is via the Reset Settings menu provided in the phone. This will, however, only reset the settings but NOT Master Reset the phone. To Master Reset the phone, type in *#7370# Again, as PhoenixBurn said, a Master Reset will erase all user data so back-up all contents of your phone. Cheers !!!
