Are all microwave meals unhealthy?
Would always recommend people to cook their meals themselves with fresh ingredients, prepared with things you like, and cooked in the traditional way. Microwave meals are a great substitute if you have no time to cook, but personally, I like to make and cook my meals, homemade, with fresh ingredients. If you have the time, try making your meal from scratch, all the basics, cooked to perfection by yourself, and trust me, it will taste great. Takes time, but well worth it.
