Could not start the World Wide Web Publishing Service on Local Computer, Error 5 : Access denied Any ideas/solutions?

When trying to change the World Wide Web Publishing service account to a domain account I am getting an error stating “Error 5: Access Denied” when I attempt to start the service. This problem results from our streaming media server running out of disk space. We are upgrading our server but hardware will not be in place and setup for a couple of months and we need to add streams. We have decided to temporarily store these streams on another server. We first ran into a problem because the service account for the Windows Media Server account was a local account. Once we changed that account to a network account it will not let us connect to media on a networked server. The problem now is when we try to play this media file it is asking for a username and password for the web server. I am hoping that changing the WWW service to a domain account will solve the problem but I may be incorrect. Please let me know if you have any possible solutions I could try.
