Well foster care people favourite job is to get a hold of someones child when they can do so, luckily for them they have the law on their side so no matter how emotionally a family is attached to a child and how willing and supportive the family will be to the baby as long as social services have an opportunity to gain access to your little cousin they won’t stop. Fact is they will probably make sure they will get your cousin. Ignoring your appointments are apart of getting your little cousin, if you say something wrong in other words rude, offencive they will use it on you so be careful; because your are war with them.
