Chicago is an excellent musical if WSS is the only musical youve watched than you just got really unlucky because it is awful.

Chicago is pretty interesting as far as musicals go. It’s nothing like West Side Story. Chicago is basically about murder… I wouldn’t call it the best musical ever, but I love musicals. My two favorites are Les Mis and Wicked. You should check out Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog. It’s a musical, but it’s very funny. It’s basically about a superhero, a supervillain, and the girl the supervillain loves. I only suggest it because it’s a musical, but not in the WSS or “strictly” musical sense.
