What are the dragon balls about?
First, there are two sets of dragon balls, Namek ones and Earth ones. The difference between them is that the Namek dragon balls can be used three times and the Earth ones can be used only once. To use them, you must collect all seven of them and summon the dragon. The dragon can then grant any wish within his power. Usually the most sought after wish for bad guys is immortality and the good guys is to bring dead comrades back. Once the wishes are used, the dragon then scatters the balls over the planet again so they must be collected again to make more wishes.
