What is a Fundamentals session?
The Fundamentals session is an introduction to CrossFit. It is required of all new members (within your first 2 weeks. So you may attend classes for 2 weeks as a member before you must schedule and complete your Fundamentals. The session is about 2.5 hours long per session and costs $50. It is a small group session scheduled at least twice a month on Saturdays from 7a-930a.
