If your pool is always green and cloudy, it sounds like you need to add pool chemicals to correct it. The greenness if probably from an algae problem. Treat it with an algaecide and shock your pool. If it is cloudy, you might also have a problem with your pH or total alkalinity. You will need to either buy a testing kit and make sure that your levels are correct or take a sample of your water into a pool store for testing.
