You can still drink wine you just need to adjust your energy input vs your energy output… the thing with alcohol is that it has the second highest amount of calories per gram, second only to fat, which increases the energy in (food and drink you consume), and yet people are still not adjusting the energy out (exercise) its simple energy in > energy out = weight gain energy in < energy out = weight loss energy in = energy out = stabalised weight If you choose to drink wine one day of the week, the next day go for a fifteen minute walk or something similar, because you should be getting exercise anyway, and this way you can do both. White wine is probably one of the better ones to drink, as opposed to spirits...
