• Put on you sweatbands. Without these, the grips will rub and that hurts! • Slide the grips over your hands with the holes at the top. • Adjust the Velcro so it is tight but not too tight or you can’t bend your wrists. Secure it! • Put your two middle fingers through the holes. Don’t worry if they don’t feel right they will break in. Now you’re ready to get on those bars.
