How does invoicing/payment work?
We offer two payment options depending on your credit score. (We will check your company’s credit score when you ask us to hire your Job Applicant as our Contract Employee.) If your credit score meets our standards, you can pay our invoices by company check. If your credit score is below our comfort level, we will require ACH debit payments. Invoices are generated weekly and are payable net 15. Invoices are computed simply by multiplying your Company Bill Rate times the number of hours the Contract Employee works. (If Job Applicant is non-exempt, overtime will be calculated at 1.5 times the employee’s hourly pay rate.) Sales tax may be added where applicable.
