When does a soul come into being?
I don’t think you can set a time on when a soul is created. The Bible also says that names are written in the book of life from the very beginning. I don’t think you can track God’s creation of souls on a time scale. God is not limited by time. He is the source of everything including time and souls. Twins and clones easily handled by God. Souls are not split, they are individual and whole. He knows when these will happen and they are a part of His plan. Whether souls are created ahead of time or at the instant they are needed, or whether measuring this time is impossible, is up to Him, and has no affect on us. All humans are his children and have a soul, and our judgement about twins or clones means nothing. I hope this helps.
