Where is Parkwood Place?
Parkwood Place is quite literally the last parcel of undeveloped land in the historic district to have immediate access to both town and the mountain. It is located on Park Avenue at Main Street’s legendary Town Lift plaza. This is the veritable heart of Park City – the nexus of Main Street, Park Avenue, and Woodside Avenue. Bordered on the south by the Town Lift Ski Run, and directly across the street/bridge from Park City’s historic Main Street, Parkwood Place truly is where the mountain comes to town.
