Do all sociopaths commit violent crimes?
Most sociopaths realize that they behave differently so they tend to try to blend into society and keep a low profile. The truth is that anyone is capable of violence if the circumstances are just right. If you suspect someone is a sociopath, do not do anything to set the person off. Just put as much distance between that person and yourself, because that is the only way you will feel comfortable. If you suspect that you may be a sociopath then go to a psychologist and tell the therapist what you suspect. That is what they are there for, to help people better cope with society and stay out of trouble. To a sociopath their behaviour is normal. Medication for normal behaviour is not recommended. Counselling might be more effective. The person is incapable of feeling a full range of emotions and that is where the rub lies.
