Why Use RRR?
• The cured product forms a seamless elastomeric membrane. All of the components elongate, including the Pol-E-Scrim. • Liquid Vap-R-Lok and RRR may be sprayed with airless spray equipment, or applied with a sponge brush or short nap paint roller. • Tools and equipment are cleaned with water. • Cured product stays elastomeric and does not soften in the summer heat. • Recycled Rubber Roofing is liquid applied, self-adhering on the field area, the cant and parapet, and around the roof vents and plumbing vents. • Material handling is less costly because you use light weight polyester reinforcing fabric instead of heavy asphalt saturated rolls. The liquid component containers sit on the ground and are pumped directly to the spray gun with the airless spray equipment. • Less weight on the finished roof system helps prevent water ponding. It is not necessary to cover the Recycled Rubber Roofing System with rock or pea gravel because the finished system is U.V. stable and fully adhered. • Acr
