Flat rate tuition means that any full-time undergraduate student enrolling for classes between 12 and 20 credits will pay the same rate. And while flat rate tuition is new to Stockton, it has been the standard practice for most of the New Jersey State Colleges and Universities for several years now. Stockton was the only school in its sector still charging “per credit” for its courses.
