How Do You Make A Mini Dollhouse?
• Take a good sized box or a 3D frame. • Remove the back and sketch out the area where a window should be. • Take a sharp knife and a ruler. • Cut out the window you drew. • Paint the inside of the frame or box. • Print out a pretty pattern onto paper (it will be the wallpaper). Alternatively, you can use scrapbook paper. • Cut the paper to fit the shape of the back wall. • Glue it to the wall and allow to dry. • Stick some strong glue on the base of your box or frame. • Find a piece of carpet and stick it to the floor. If you don’t have any spare carpet, you could use some thick fabric or sew a little patchwork rug. • Pierce two holes at either side of the window, just above the top. • Cut two lengths of wire. • Wrap another length of wire around the two. • Cut two slightly shorter lengths of wire. • Wrap the middle in a loop around the bar that you made earlier and then slip it off.
